1. User Accounts

To maintain secure access and transparency, each user is limited to one personal account. GRÜVN South Africa (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to disable suspicious or duplicate accounts without notice.

You are required to submit accurate personal information during registration. This includes:

  • Full legal name
  • Valid billing and shipping address
  • Accurate payment details

You may also be asked to provide a South African ID or passport for customs or payment verification. As the importer of record, you are fully responsible for compliance with local import laws.

2. Ordering

At GRÜVN South Africa, we aim for product accuracy — from visuals to pricing. If an error is detected post-purchase, we’ll notify you immediately with updated information and offer a revised order or refund.

All product listings are treated as invitations to treat. A contract is only formed upon dispatch.

Due to limited availability, we may limit quantities, cancel items, or update your order if needed. Once dispatched, ownership transfers to the buyer, and GRÜVN SA will not be liable for courier-related damage or loss.

3. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before dispatch by contacting us via the Contact Page. After shipping, cancellations are no longer possible. You may still return items per our Returns & Warranty Policy.

4. Product Descriptions

GRÜVN South Africa makes every effort to ensure accurate product data. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to amend content or specifications without notice.

Should a material product change occur within 7 days of delivery, you may return the item if unused and in original packaging.

5. Pricing

All listed prices are in ZAR (South African Rands), VAT-inclusive unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice.

If applicable, you are responsible for customs, import duties, or clearance fees when ordering products shipped from Canada to South Africa.

6. Conditions of Use
Copyright & Intellectual Property

All content — including graphics, code, and images — is the property of GRÜVN and protected by international IP law.

License & Access

You are granted a revocable license for personal use only. This excludes:

  • Resale of content
  • Data scraping or automation tools
  • Republishing without consent

Violation of these GRÜVN South Africa Terms of Service may result in account suspension or legal action.
