• Exposure to extreme temperatures (especially under 5°C)
• Delamination or core issues from heat or cold
• Lack of valid proof of purchase
• Warranty is non-transferable and excludes resale

RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted only for incorrect item orders. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and reported within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. Any price difference on exchanges must be settled before the new item is dispatched. Correctly delivered items without defects are non-refundable.
